My December 2010 Rotation Challenge - Start date 12/21

I am creating a place to track my workouts since it worked out really well for me when I did a 4 week 4DS rotation last month, it helped me stick to my workouts almost religiously, so I'll give it another go with a new rotation. This time I'll list out the weekly workouts first and put a smiley face next to the ones I complete.

This month I am doing Cathe's December 2010 rotation, it's the second one of hers I have done, I have enough of the dvds as written and can sub others.

WEEK 1

:)12/21- Day 1 - STS Full body Isolation and Compound work
:)12.22- Day 2 - Intensity, Double HIIT and Bootcamp.

:)12/23- Day 3 - Lower Body Blast, Note: Subbed with STS Plyo Legs Disc 26 (week1).

12/24- Day 4 - Rest Day.

12/25- Day 5 - KPC

12/26- Day 6 - Steady State Cardio. Hmmm, that's a tough one for me, not a big fan. Most likely I'll break out my Turbo Fire or Peak 10 workouts to sub for SS, but they are kind of the opposite of steady state. Maybe something like Ilaria Powersrtike, I guess I'll go with what feels right that day.
