My crazy circuit today...

Ok, in my attempt to get more cardio in, I came up with this crazy circuit workout that turned out to be very fun, and the time flew. Basically, I started out on the treadmill: 15 min run to warm up. Then, 10 min run, alternating with 1/2 a pyramid from PUB, repeat until you're done with all muscle groups. Have to admit that by the end, I did insert a 5 minute run... (also I left my iPod on the whole time and muted the dvd, so got in lots of good music, too!). So what do you think? Wacky workout or what? I think I can't wait until the new workouts...
 
When you say half a pyramid, do you mean that you just did the up only part of the pyramid? That sounds really fun:)
 
That sounds like fun. When I want to get in more running, I made a cicuit where I ran for 5 and did a muscle group, ran for 5 etc. I get so bored on the treadmill. Your plan sounds good enough to keep up the motivation for both cardio and weights. Melissa
 
Yeah, just the up part of the pyramid. It was fun... didn't get bored, like I sometimes do when doing the treadmill on its own.
