My Butt cheeks hate me

OUCH! All I can say is... OUCH OUCH and more OUCH. I'm used to DOMS... Ihave even posted in the past to say how much I love them. BUt i did my first Plyo legs last night.. and Oh my goodness, I can't sit down! It's awesome, but at the same time, so painful!

Do the plyo legs Doms get better? Or do I have three more glorious weeks of this?

By the way, I LOVED the workout :)
 
Plyo legs is awesome...awesomely hard!! Those workouts always get me good in the glutes. Just proves that somestimes it does hurt so good.
 
I love Plyo Legs too. The workout is tough if you use heavy weights. The DOMS goes away (at least for me) pretty quickly.
 
Ooh, I did my first plyo legs tonight, too! Wow! What a workout! I'm not sore yet, but I definitely had shaky legs after! We'll see if I can get down and back up the stairs tomorrow morning! I have 7 more weeks of this! Yikes!
 
Thanks for the warning.:eek: I'm on week 3 of Meso 2. Please post again to let us first timers know if the DOMS do go away.;)
 
Hey ZoZo, was this one of the Insanity Plyo workouts? If so, which one? I just did .... should I say, attempted the first disk, the Plyo/Cardio. There seemed to be more cardio than plyo but it ALL kept my heart rate up. So, if it was the other plyo workout, was it highly cardio as well or more jumpy work?
