I do the cardio Mon/Wed/Fri and I hit each bodypart once per week right now. I change around alot! LOL!

WOW!

I just a HIIT workout sprinting today.
Wow, I did an all out sprint for 30 s and needed 60 s to recover (I originally thought about doing 30s sprint and 30 s jog- no way, I needed to walk briskly to be able to bring my heart rate down). I did 10 cycles of this and was worn out. I am looking forward to doing this 3 times per week and assess results in about one month. Happy training everyone.
