My Arctic Zero arrived

It arrived in perfect shape: rock solid packed in dry ice from Amazon. I wasn't planning to eat it for a while, but I had extra spicy Thai chicken and broccoli for dinner that night and my mouth was on fire and the stuff was so cold and it really put out the fire in my mouth....so I ate a whole pint. The first few bites had an airy texture I had to get used to. After that, I started to enjoy it. The flavor was "chocolate peanut butter" but my burnt-out taste buds didn't detect even a hint of anything peanuty. The flavor was okay, though. Not the deep, rich, chocolatey flavor I was hoping for, but not bad. If the price ever comes down, Arctic Zero may be The Answer to the ice cream fetish I've been searching for all these years. I'll be watching for a price drop or for the stuff to arrive at local stores, in which case I'll definitely buy it again. Meanwhile, I'm glad I have 5 more pints in the freezer.

Nancy: I just ate my first pint the other night (yep, whole thing) and I completely agree with everything you said. It was pretty good but no hint of peanut was anywhere in sight! I'm pretty happy with it, although man I wish it was a wee bit less expensive.
