Now that I'm challenged to use my 1RM, I noticed I haven't grabbed my 5lb dumbells in over a month. They look a little lonely on the weight rack while the rest of my set is in full use!
Too funny! You'll have to dust them off time to time. I was just commenting to my husband how quickly we've had strength gains doing STS. It's all those PUSH-UPS!!!!
Well I have a shoulder exercise that still calls for a 5! But other than that mine are lonely too! In fact I've awakened some previously dormant dumbbells!
