Music motivates, no doubt. I LOVE the music from most all of Cathe's work outs. Can you please tell me how I can get the music for a sculpting type class. Thank you.

You might want to post this in the Ask Cathe forum. I'm sure she'll have some suggestions. Some other folks here are instructors, so I'm sure they'll have ideas too. Personally, I've noticed that the Collage Video catalogs have dvds for instructors to use.
