Hello. I was wondering if someone could tell me about what kind of music is used for STS. The overall look is amazing! The background, the outfits, the equipment, my kudo's to you all for what looks like a awesome production. I thought I would feel a little wierd with the new cast members. I'm so used to and love the usual Jai, Lorraine, Cedie, and Brenda but any doubts have been erased by the pics posted, the new members fit right in and look like they are having a grand ol time.

Thank you Janie! We have worked very hard to make this a very comprehensive training series and I am very proud of everyone and everything involved to make it happen. Yes, the new cast was a great fit with everyone. The live chemistry was perfect as you will witness soon enough

As for music...the music is being composed to fit the style and feel of STS. When working to failure other factors come into consideration. We are working in a direction to have the music capture and inspire the mood, intensity, focus, and drive of the many workouts. We'll share more specific info regarding the music at another time. We are not quite ready to do this yet.

So, Cathe, does that mean that when you're making the workouts you do so with no music? I've heard of workouts being done both ways and wondered if that was the case.
