i teach a one hour class of cardio/sculpt. can u suggest an online company for buying music and/or a specific cd u like for this class format?? i dont like super fast music and im looking for instrumental only. any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

If you go to the main Cathe page (www.Cathe.com) and you scroll down some on the left hand side you will see a section titled Music. If you click on there, there are some websites for aerobics music. I hope this helps.
