Music Volume & Abs Requests/Wishes

Hi, Cathe! I am excited to hear you will be filming next week. I wanted to submit a request/wish for the music volume to be at the level of the LIC/BM2/DM/B&G or the 4 Day Split series--nice & loud! I also wanted to submit a request/wish for abs work on the Travel Fit dvd--or maybe a little bonus on one of the dvd's. Have fun filming!

I think that since they went to filming with NFL the sound & music has been just perfect. Hopefully they'll continue to be that way!
