Actually, I think it could go either way depending on how heavy you go with weight. You could go a little lighter and flow exactly as Cathe does or go heavier, pause the workout for a little longer rest between sets, and have a muscle building workout. I personally love MM as a total body workout.

I agree, it really depends on the weight to determine what kind of benefits you will derive. I just did this one this morning with lighter weights and I still felt "toasty". I think you can go as low as you want, as long as you feel the muscles reaching some type of failure.
