Muscle Max....major soreness goin' on here.

Wow.

What an unbelieveable workout that was. I hurt in places I didn't realize I had places. Great workout. I only have 10 pound dumbbells at present, and I can still feel it.

Guess I'll be asking for heavier dumbbells for Christmas...and maybe a few extra jars of Tiger Balm.

glad you had a good workout! i'm not a huge fan of full body workouts but muscle max is one of my favorites. Do you have power hour? this is a good full body one too.
 
God, Jerry, now I have to go buy another dvd!!! Darn you! I just did Muscle Endurance for the first time today. It was pretty good. But
now I'm all ancy to go buy MM!!! Darn this forum and all of you enablers!!!

Ya know, I almost hate to read any post describing a video, because then my credit card gets itchy when I read how good the video is.

I think I have a good variety at the moment, so my next purchase will probably be additional weights for the workouts I already have.

Just save yourself the stress and buy them all, your plastic might be smoking for awhile but the results are worth it plus the variety.

I kept hearing awesome things about MM too and finally bought it with the pre-sale free shipping deal and LOVE it!!! I love it in it's entirety and the premixes.

I'm wiped afterwards every time!

I just did MM yesterday and I agree with you. i am sore but really enjoy the workout. The time goes by so quickly. I have Power hour and haven't done it in a while...maybe today.

Muscle Max was one of the first Cathe dvds that I bought and I must say, I really don't care for it. It works my body pretty well, but I get really bored with it after a few minutes. I much prefer working one or two body parts at a time so that I can really focus on those exercises and lift heavier.

I am doing one body part per day using PUB and MM and I really enjoy it. I also like the band work in MM. It's just doing the whole workout at once that I don't like. Maybe I should try one of the premixes.
 
I just completed MM a few minutes ago! I feel great. The only thing that gets to me is the abs part...it is a lot of leg-lifting with the jackknives and bicycles that you are too sore to do them from working your legs a lot earlier in the workout!
 
I am awaiting my copy as I ordered this one a few days ago...then I see your post!! I am even more excited yet ....scared! Wish the mail ran on sundayx( but then again... thanks for posting about muscle max..now I am ready to lift my weights and knowing this (hidden hurtin places) I shall respect the weight poundage:p
