MM time saver kicked my booty this morning. My last workout was 1 week ago and I got sick and have been recovering ever since. Felt much better yesterday and no more fever so I figured one more day to recover and then restart. So I figured MM time saver a good total body w/o to hit everything since everything has been ignored for a week. I just hate trying to come back after a layoff. I feel like such a wimp. Had to lighten the wts up some- usually I match or go higher than Cathe on many exericises. NOT TODAY!! Was in the middle of a P90X rotation and well now that's totally screwed up!! WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!!! Can you tell I just want to whine a bit??
