I had 2 weeks off working out because me & my daughter got sick. I stepped on my weighing scale & says I lost 4 lbs. My eating was not changed probably ate more junk than anything else. So did I loose muscle mass & not fat then? My clothes are still the same so I thought maybe muscle mass.
