Muscle maintenance

Cathe and/or educated crowd:

What is the best way to maintain mass and definition gains without getting any bigger? With the exception of chest and shoulders, I'm pretty much where I want to be with the rest of my upper body. Should I be hitting those other areas with more endurance work or will I start to lose mass if I don't keep lifting heavy?

I'm doing mostly S&H currently but rotate in some PUB and PS, hitting everything once a week (again, except for chest and shoulders 2x/wk). For weights, I also have MIS, ME, SS, CTX upper and C&W.
