Hi Cathe, first of all I must say I can hardly wait for the X Train workouts.
Now to my question. I have a few muscle imbalances that I am trying to fix. My pectorals and anterior deltoids are way to tight and are causing discomfort in one of my shoulders. My quads could use some strengthening as well. I'm trying to figure out a rotation of your workouts that would help me fix some of these imbalances. I've been working out consistently since my early twenties. I have all of your dvd's so whatever you suggest, I can make it happen! I'm also recovering from having plantar fasciitis so I can't do a lot of step. I'm only 38 and feel and sound like I'm falling apart! :/ I'd appreciate any advice you have as I know you know your stuff and have an awesome physique!
