Hi everybody,
I just wanted to let you guys know that if you subscribe to this magazine there is a great article in the new issue March/April. The article is called 4 weeks to a Bikini Ready Body in 4 weeks with the well known trainer Kim Oddo. It's a circuit type workout that looks really good. The split is upper body twice a week and lower body twice a week and 3 cardio's a week and it also comes with a meal plan. You can see it online and it also has a video so you could see it.

Awesome magazine! So is Oxygen, Fitness RX and sometimes Women's Health. I gobble up the articles in the mags almost as soon as they come in. Typical mail-box response is Oh goody, goody!! Now, when my Cathe DVD's arrive it's more like Wooooohooooo! :D
 
I agree, this article was really good. However, I went to the website and found the video of the workout that's already in the magazine. The article mentions an *additional* med ball upper body workout that would be posted on the website. Were you able to find that one?
