I'm currently waiting for Boot Camp/Muscle Endurance to arrive and I'm wondering how ME differs from Gym Styles, or Slow & Heavy (my two current weight rotations). Endurance sounds like high reps to me...is it?
ME is definitely real endurance, high reps. Slow & Heavy is the exact opposite. S&H usually has 3 sets of 8 reps with a slow 2-6 count. Gym Styles has from 10-12 reps. Muscle Endurance has more reps but I lost count. I don't do that one very often because I like heavy lifting much better. ME is one tough workout and has a great ab section.
