I did Muscle Endurance this morning. I love that workout!! I was wondering if I would get better results using a higher step to get better results with inch loss and nice defined muscles. I am 5'9" and I use the firm box for all your weight dvds. I have a lot of them. It says you use a 14 inch step in that workout but it just looks taller to me.

I was also wondering do you think pyramid lower body or muscle endurance would be a better workout to aid in the inch loss.

I do lots of cardio, kickboxing, bike riding, treadmill and some step
a long with upper and lower body weight workouts a long with pilates and yoga.

I am 5'8" and use either 6 or 7 risers on my tall box, that's 16" or 18". I find these heights work for me for step ups. Try them.

I guess I need to buy a high step. I was thinking for my height I would get a better workout if I used a taller step.

Do you have both pyramid LB and Muscle Endurance? Do you use one more than the other?

I guess time for me to go shopping, LOL.

I am sure cathe's high step would be what to buy.
