Wow! What great workouts.

Muscle Endurance:
I pretty much kept pace with Cathe on the weights through out this tape and thought it was challenging but doable. And then... for the next 2 days my quads and hamstrings expressed their fondness of this workout as well. I can't remember the last time my quads even felt sore! Thanks Cathe, for hitting these muscles in a new and very effective way!

PUB:
Great upper body workout and goes by really fast. My biceps are burning! The abs are the ball are great too, but I will need some time to master them! Funniest home videos should have been at my house yesterday morning. I could not balance my shins on the ball if my life depended on it. What a hoot. I am sure when I figure that out my abs will be burning! After reading the comments on PLB abs... I wonder if I should get the video camera out and try and make a million!

I am so glad to hear I am not the only one who had trouble balancing on the ball! I did PUB this morning. I felt so silly rolling all over trying to do those lifts where you lift you butt in the air with shins on the ball. Then where you lift each leg off the ball one at a time. I was so frustrated. How am I ever going to master that? I think next time I will modify like Brenda does without the ball and then try again with the ball later.

After the workout, I went to take a shower and could hardly lift my arms to wash my hair! OWWW! I love when that happens though because I know it was REALLY working!

Have a question on the PUB: How fast are the rep speeds? Do they change according to how much weight your lifting?

Can't wait for those dvd's :-jumpy :-jumpy

Hi Julie-

If I recall correctly, they do go to a 2 count lift as you get heavier with most of the pyramids.
