Muscle Endurance.. LOVE IT!!

I did muscle endurance this morning for the first time.. and I LOVE IT! it's an excellent workout.. I love the leg press sets that we do throughout the tape.. and the ab segment is fabulous! very challenging! ME is a great compliment to slow & heavy and the pyramid workouts in my opinion

thank you again for another terrific weight training workout!!!
