Muscle Endurance DVD

I just did this one today, and I liked it. It was a nice change of pace from the PUB/PLB. Has anyone performed this one for atleast a period of three weeks and could you let me know what you thought it did for you? Three weeks at about 3 times a week is what I was going to do, I'm going into an endurance mode.
 
I really like this as well. I only do it 1 to 2x per week, along with other strength vids ie; Firm, KV and KS, as add ons to cardio and I have gotten stronger. I can do the whole plank section in CM without quitting or my arms shaking, and that is a big feat for me. I have had this one for 4 yrs., so I feel a sense of accomplishment.
