Hi Cathe wanted to tell you I love your workouts. You are truly an inspiration! I am interested in what type of diet you follow. I have researched numerous diets and I feel that in the short term they do work but I am concerned with the long term consequences (Atkin's, Body for Life etc.). I am happy with my weight but would like to increase my muscle definition. What is the healthiest way to reach this goal?

Hi Susan! I'm not a "diet" person. I just try to eat a variety of healthy foods, in smaller balanced quantities. For more muscle definition, I suggest lifting slightly heavier than what you are now to boost your metabolism and gain more lean muscle mass. As you gain more lean muscle, your muscles will take on a greater contoured appearance. Remember to give your body proper recovery time so that your muscles will get the most benefits from your lifting program.
