Hi Cathe wanted to tell you I love your workouts. You are truly an inspiration! I am interested in what type of diet you follow. I have researched numerous diets and I feel that in the short term they do work but I am concerned with the long term consequences (Atkin's, Body for Life etc.). I am happy with my weight but would like to increase my muscle definition. What is the healthiest way to reach this goal?
