I've just started exercising with your show on FIT TV. I really like your workouts, and feel like I can obtain my goal more quickly. My question is, have you noticed a change in joint or muscle aches as you age. I hope this is not offensive. I am 42 yrs. old. I have been working out, consistently, 5 to 6 days a week, for 9 years, and I noticed lately, more aches than ever before. A month and half ago, I was stretching my hamstring, and felt it pull at the back of my glute, close to the hip. I let it rest, and have just started working out more vigorously, again. What would you recommend to begin with, so as not to aggravate my hip again? Thank you for your commitment and all your knowledge! I'm hooked!
