Hi everyone!

I'm having no luck trying to find a 'lowish' carb/fat recipe for muffins/pancakes which specifies the Fat, Carb, Protein & Calories per serving.

Has anyone got any receipes for muffins or pancakes that they'd like to share that specifies the above?

TIA
Andrea
