MSM...anyone??

Anyone taking MSM? I hear it is good for joints, hair,skin and nails. I just had to have to acrylics taken off my nails and they are a mess. I hear nails and hair can grow stronger taking it.

I take MSM. I know a lot of differant people say it is a good thing to take but I have honostly not noticed much of a differance since taking it.
