MP3 Audio Files

Would it be possible to add MP3 audio files to the dvds that can be uploaded to an ipod or other mp3 player??? I travel sometimes for work and always hate doing weights in the fitness area because I can never remember a routine or push myself hard enough.

I know this has been posted before but please consider for your new dvds that you are recording. Thanks!

I am new to Cathe and don't have much equipment at home yet. I write down all routines and try to repicate at the gym, but need the motivation. MP3 all the way!!!!
