Move It to Lose It May 17-May 23

I have not been to leanandstrong. I will check it out...thanks Lori! Regarding church, it took us a while but we finally got involved in a small group and that has helped us meet more people.

We just finished Taco Pasta Salad for lunch. I made enough so we can take it to work for lunch tomorrow. Tonight I plan on making Orange Roughy and I will double that also so I can just heat it up for dinner tomorrow night w/brown rice and a vegetable. The two recipe's I have tried so far have been quite tasty and simple to make. I like how his directions are cook for 3 minutes w/a description of what it should look like then flip over and cook for 2 more. I need it spelled out for me as I'm not a "cook."

I have yet to do BodyMax but it will get done today.
