Here's my plan for the next 4 to 5 weeks:
Weeks 1&3:
M: Imax/abs
T: PP Total Body 2 set Premix
W: Ckicks/abs
Th: C&W/L&G
F: Cardio
S: SS Two Set Total Body Premix
Su: Rest

Weeks 2&4:
M: KPC through high intensity drills/PLB
T: PUB/Imax 2 Blast Mania Premix
W: Cardio/abs
Th: Cardio/abs
F: PS CST/BBA
S: KPC WU & Combos 1,2,& 3/PS SL&A
Su: Rest

Week 5 I may do a circuit week including BC, BodyMax, CMax, C&W, SJP.

So I need to do Imax today. I may not do abs as I did BC yesterday and got plenty of Core work in with that. Have a good one girls!

You guys, I am taking this week off. I am totally overwhelmed this week, and I just have too much to do. I also feel terrible. I have to take Alyssa to the dr. today, and I am going to ask him to give me something for this horrid PMS. When I get back, I am going to start my Power 90X. I will still check in this week though!!!! Take care.

Hey Lori! Enjoy your rest week. Let me know what you get from your doctor. I am jealous that you have Power 90X. I would like to check this out sometime, but my workout money right now goes to Cathe...tee hee! Do you have all the equipment that goes with Power 90X? How is the music? Do you have video's or DVD's? I will be curious to see what you think of this series after you have tried it for a while. I just finished PP Total Body 2 Set Premix. I really like this workout and the stretch is awesome! So far, this week has been a terrific week! I need to clean on Saturday. I'm having my parents and my grandma over Saturday night for a cookout to celebrate Mother's Day. I found summer work that will generate enough income to buy plane tickets for my husband and I to spend Christmas with my sister and her family in Romania this year. My mom and dad will also go as well as my brother whom I have not seen in a couple of years. My Grandma may even come. Christmas was always such a big family time for us. It will be wonderful to be reunited again! Have a good night!

Angela- I have not even viewed the workouts yet. I have a dvd player, in my workout room. I do have one in the living room, I just have been too busy. I did read thru the nutrition book, and the workout book last night, and they do look very interesting. there are also many good recipes in there. Talk to you soon.

I didn't feel like doing Cardio Kicks tonight. For some strange reason I acutally wanted to do - (GASP) - MIC!!! So I did MIC and BC Core Only. Now I'm nice and pooped out! Have a good night!

Hi guys,

I've been out of it lately...since Isabel's recital on Saturday things have been hectic around here. I joined the gym this morning and signed up for some personal training sessions. I had a mini-session today, just a few lower body exercises and my first real session will be on Monday. Anyway, I also did 30 min. on the treadmill and I'll do abs later. I have had such a busy week! Anyway.

The trainer wants me to write down everything that I eat for a week, easier said than done, lol. I'm just going to keep my pad with me I guess. I got weighed and my bf was tested, I'm in a healthy range, a little higher than I would like but not as high as I thought either so I'm not unhappy. I'm looking forward to really getting into the weight room and working hard. I can't wait to learn how to use all the free weight equipment.

This will be a good thing for me I think, I need to get my butt kicked and really start pushing myself out of my comfort level again. Here's what I have planned for the rest of the week:

Today: LB and cardio done; abs - PUB core and SJP abs

Fri: S&H upper, 2 sets of 2 exercises for each bodypart, S&H abs & KPC abs; cardio at the gym

Sat: LB at the gym; cardio; abs

Sun: cardio & abs, maybe some floor work.

Monday is upper at the gym and I'll go from there. I'm going to alternate upper/lower five days a week and do cardio five days a week as well.

Hey Lori,

I just went back and read your posts. I hope you're feeling better by now, I also experience very bad pms and like last month, it sometimes takes over a week before I feel normal again. My energy level is just so low. I'm interested in what your dr. may prescribe for you - maybe I should look into doing something about it as well.

What do you think of the P90X workouts? I'm interested but after spending all the money I did today, no new workouts for me for quite some time :). I am looking forward to my new Cathe dvd though.

It is supposed to get up to 90 degrees tomorrow! I did C&W minus stretch/L&G minus WU tonight. I have cardio scheduled for tomorrow but I may rest. The ladies are getting together after work and then I have to be somewhere at 7 so....we'll see. Have a great weekend!

I rested yesterday. Today I plan on doing SS Total Body 2 Set Premix. Tomorrow...maybe a cardio/abs.

I am having mom and dad and grandma over for a cookout tonight to celebrate Mother's Day. Should be fun. In the process of cleaning and mopping right now....not fun...tee hee!

It looks like I'm checking in with myself again...tee hee. I did SS Total Body 2 Set Premix yesterday using the heaviest weights I could. I really like this workout. I have a nice worked out feeling today in my upper and lower back and arms especially. I hope to do a cardio/abs workout today. :7
 
Hi Angela and Lori,

Lori, I hope you had a happy Mother's Day! Thanks Angela! My sister came up yesterday and we had a really nice time - went to brunch and just hung out all day. Of course, I ate way too much, lol. I hope your cookout went well yesterday.

This morning I did chest at the gym and then went to a kickboxing class - we used gloves and the heavy bag and it was a lot of fun. I'm going to finish upper body later with either S&H or CTX (I know, completely different - can't make up my mind!) and I'll do abs too, maybe SJP (love that one) and KPC. Tomorrow is lower and cardio at the gym. I work in the office Wed. and Fri. this week.
