Hi Guys!!!! How are you all doing?? I think we all waited for the other one to start the check in, and no one did, so here I go. I hope everything is going good. I way over did it yesterday. I did PUB, down only, C&W's compound moves and heavy weights, PLB, down only, and Imax Blast Mania. It took me 2 hours. i am having trouble trying to figure out how to do all my UB, LB, and cardio on the same day. I refer strength over endurance, but for the end of the week, I will probably do PH, or SS, and some cardio. Today L&G's and some cardio are on the menu. Hope everyone is well.

Hi Lori,

Thanks for starting the check-in. Yesterday I jumped rope for 30 min., did lunges and KPC and SJP abs. I got a new stability ball and tried it out - this one is a Fitball and it's much better than the other two I have. I'm going to get another one in the next size.

What rotation are you following Lori? Why do you have to fit UB, LB and cardio all in the same day? Your workout from yesterday sounds really difficult.

My plan for the week isn't definite yet b/c I'm trying out a new gym. I'm having a fitness evaluation tomorrow and I may take advantage of their facilities for my workouts. I'm in a rut and I need to do something about it...my diet is not good enough lately and my workouts are leaving me less than enthused most days. I need a change, or just to get out of the house for some of my workouts, I think. We'll see what happens.

Hey Lori and Randi,
Yesterday I did C&W/L&G and today I did SB/SJP Cardio Circuit Premix & the abs from SJP. Today was field day...gorgeous morning...70's, sunny and breezy. The kids had a great time. My last IEP meeting was held this afternoon. I have never been done this early in the school year. I still have paperwork to do, but more odds and ends then anything. Eating has been o.k. I'm definitely up and down with that. Anyway, I feel good. Hope you guys have a super rest of the week!

Randi- I thought from the way Rhonda posted her rotation that for FreeStyle, you had to do cardio everyday after legs. So, that is what I have been doing. But, she told me that you do not, so on full body weight days, I am cutting out cardio. My book still has not come. I called yesterday and someone called last night and told my son it would be here in a couple of days. My order must have got lost in the shuffle somewhere.

Angela- You and the circuit premix!! What would you do if it broke??? You would be driving to Cathe's gym to purchase it, wouldn't you?? HA!!!

Hi Lori and Angela,

I don't follow the cardio after legs thing necessarily. I'm not usually able to do my workouts that way. I need to take another look at the Freestyle book - and the Lower Body Solution too.

I'm going to go down and do the ME/BC bonus combo in a few minutes. The baby is asleep.

Angela, sounds like you had a wonderful day! Are you all done for the year until September?

Oh no Randi! My last day is June 4. I'm just done with the end of the year special education meetings! We go back in August. I know I will be doing PUB but I have been eating too many treats so I want to do cardio also. I either turn it all down or start and can't stop. It is a gorgeous day so I'm thinking a walk/run will be nice. I'm also hankering for Imax 2...just don't know. I enjoy the BC/ME Bonus Combo. It has been a while since I have done that one. Have a great evening.

My birthday is June 4. It was great when I was little, alot of times the last day of school was on my birthday!!! My son's birthday is Aug 31, and alot of times his FIRST day of school is on his birthday. I like mine better!!!!

Today I am going to do PP, 2 sets.

It is going to be a beautiful day here too, but I have to much to do. I would like to lay out a little, but unfortunately, not today.

Good morning,

I'm in the office today. LOL Angela, I thought you were getting out early! I'm glad you don't have any more meetings until next year though. Enjoy your classes and all the gorgeous weather.

Lori, my dd's b-day is Aug. 8th. Parties are difficult b/c she isn't in school at the time and it's hard to keep up with friends over the summer w/vacations and camp and such.

Yesterday I was busy so I had to postpone my lunch time w/o until early evening, and then we all went to Family Reading Night at my daughter's school. It was fun but by the time I got into bed it was very late.

Tomorrow I meet with a trainer at the new gym for my fitness evaluation. I'm scared to find out what my bf % is. Nothing like the truth in numbers to get you moving, right? I need a new plan, something to put me on the path to getting really fit. Anyway.

Today I slept in since we had such a late night. Tomorrow is my eval. and I'll probably do the BC/ME bonus combo again in the morning before I go. Saturday, roping, lower body and abs, Sunday BC/ME again and maybe a gym workout.

Well...I just got asked to attend 5 more meetins. They are preschool roll up meetings for those who may possibly be in a kindergarten behavior class next year. I attend and take part in these, but I don't have to pull all the paperwork together or conduct the meeting so they are easier then the ones I just finished. Today will be a rest day for me. I got home late and I'm tired. Tomorrow I am taking a personal day as I only have one left and I want to use it before the end of school. I plan on reading and relaxing and baking something to take to our small group Bible study for Friday night. Oh yea, of course I'll workout...probably PLB and some of KPC. Good Morning.....Now that I am seeing these threads on Power 90X, I am itching to start them!!!! But, I will wait until after the Chicago trip with my mom. I am actually looking very forward to it. We have not been away together in so long, it is going to be so much fun. next Friday....by this time I will be on my way!!!! Yesterday I did PP, 2 sets. Today I am going to do L&G's, plus some cardio, probably Blast Mania. Tomorrow will be PLB and some cardio, and Sunday is a rest day. I am going to church!!! I missed the last 2 Sundays, and it really bugs me when I miss. Have a good weekend guys!!!!

Good afternoon ladies,

Well, I went to the gym this morning. I was mistaken about what to expect at the eval., it was more like a run through of the gym equipment and such. Anyway, the trainer I met with was very nice and informative and if I can convince dh, I'm going to sign up for some personal training sessions. I like the idea of using the strength equipment and taking my training to another level, which is what I really want. I'm just not making any real gains anymore and I'm feeling so unmotivated lately. We'll see what happens.

I did an interval w/o on the treadmill and a few exercises on some of the machines, but not enough to constitute a real workout. I'm plannin on doing BC/ME bonus combo later. My dd has a hair appt. in a little bit and after I do that and get some more work done, I'll exercise.

I did a combo of Imax 2/KPC. I did Imax 2 WU, Step 1, Blast 1, & recovery 1, Blast/recovery 2-4(no step/KPC Combo 1/Imax 2 Blast&recovery 5-7(no step)/KPC Combo 2/Imax 2 Blast&recovery 8-9(no step)/KPC abs&stretch. Next time I will add KPC Combo 3 and Imax 2 Blast & recovery 10 before the abs and stretch. It was a fun and intense cardio workout. Hope you guys are having a great weekend.

I had a 4 hour Premier Event to go to this morning, so I got up at 4:45, and I did PLB, and C&W's cardio. Next weekend I am off to Chicago with my mom. I can't wait!!!!!!!

I just completed BC. That one absolutely slays me every time. I think it is tougher than Imax! I get so winded and tired and I have to totally sike myself up to do this one. I remember it got "easier" when I did it once a week in a rotation, but when I just throw it in there once in a while I feel like I'm going to die during some of the cycles! Whew...glad it's over. Oh yea...I do the Everything But Core Premix then I go back and do the Core Only Premix. Getting up and down off the floor makes me feel like throwing up....now wasn't that a nice way to put it?! I LUV this workout b/c it is so challenging but I'm always glad when I'm through. I just completed Cathe's January rotation. Time to move on to another one! I will check in tomorrow...although it looks like I'm checking in with myself...tee hee.:p
