Hello! I have changed the plan a little for myself this week. As of now I plan on the following:
Monday: Pyramid Bonus Combo plus stability ball work from PUB & PLB
Tuesday: MIC
Wednesday:SJP/SB 85 min. premix
Thursday: KPC
Friday: BodyMax
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: BC everything but core premix(no stretch)/C&W minus WU

Randi, I'm glad you had a nice weekend with your friends. It is hard to say goodbye. My best friend will be flying in Friday morning for the weekend. I can't wait to see her! Have a great week!

I did Shape It Up! yesterday, and today it is going to be KPC. As soon as I have 1 more cup of coffee!!! Man, I am tired. I have not been getting very much sleep. Tomorrow. Tomorrow is my day where I have no where to go and I can sleep and relax, get some puttering stuff done around here. Hope everyone is well.

Good morning,

Angela, you have such a tough workout week planned! Lori, I hear you on needing more sleep. I am positive that some virus is trying to get me but I'm determined to beat it. I am so tired and my throat is sore...I cannot get sick. Anyway, no workout for me this a.m. - didn't feel well enough. I'm not planning any extra cardio this week, but here's what I have planned unless I decide to take it easy:

Wed: Tear It Up
Thu: Firm It Up
Fri: Tone It Up
Sat: Mix It Up
Sun: Shape It Up

I'm going to rethink my rotation for the next month. I like what doing lower body work every day is doing for my lower half so I'd like to keep that up. I need to have more cardio though, just for sanity's sake, lol.

I felt so fabulously great during today's workout. I'm glad it's over, but the time flew by. My cardio ability has definitely gone way up. This workout use to absolutely slay me....as in I used to just feel like I was going to pass out. It just feels so good to exercise and be able to see improvements! Randi, take care of yourself. If your throat is sore I would rest instead of pushing it. Take care you two!

This bug is still trying to get me. I still haven't worked out yet this week and I'm exhausted. My throat is more sore than it was yesterday. I cannot get sick before this party on Saturday...anyway. I'm not sure what I'll be doing for the rest of the week. If this keeps up I guess I'll be doing nothing! It's difficult too b/c I don't have time to exercise after work and I don't want to go to the gym on my lunch hour if I'm not feeling well - going outside into the cold right after working out and taking a shower is probably not such a good idea right now.

So that's it. Enjoy your workouts! I'll just enjoy hearing about what you two are doing for now, lol.

Take care Randi and feel better soon. I have been looking forward to my best friend flying in from Michigan Friday morning. We had beautiful weather last week....upper 50's and 60's. Well, they are calling for snow/sleet tonight through Friday morning....3 to 6 inches is the conservative estimate. I know that's not a lot but for South Carolina where EVERYTHING shuts down it is a lot. I hope her flight does not get cancelled. It is supposed to warm up Friday so it would probably just be delayed. Boo hoo.....;( I plan on doing my SB/SJP 85 min. premix....love this one!

yesterday was Imax 2, 1-5, then PUB. Today is is L&G Extreme. Tomorrow is some sort of csrdio, and then Sat. will be Tear It Up!!

I'm convinced that it is not meant for me to exercise this week. Not only is my throat still sore, that TOM just snuck up on me and we had a 3:30 a.m. "emergency" with both kids again this morning (happened yesterday too, what is going on???). Anyway, I've been spending my time devising a new plan for the next few months, I've decided on BFL definitely.

Lori, you're moving right along! I still haven't tried L&G Extreme. I miss my Cathes :-(.

Angela, I hope your friend is able to fly in with no delays. The weather had better cooperate! Seeing my best friend last week was great.

I having a personal issue that I could use some help with: The people here IRL don't seem to understand my need to eat right/exercise, not even my dh or my mom (who lives with us). They worry that I'm overdoing it, that my eating is too restrictive (which I assure you, it isn't). All I have to do is suggest that I'm eating clean and they seem to inadvertently sabotage me, kwim? I am not sure how to handle it. Dh is supportive to an extent, he's proud of me for working out at the insane hour that I do but seems to worry anyway. I need to push myself past the plateau I'm at right now and I know that I'll have to pay serious attention to my diet in order to do so. Any thoughts on how to handle them? They may mean well but they don't understand what I'm trying to do, and that I'm doing it in a healthy way above all else.

Anyway, I'm hoping to be better by Monday to start my 12-week challenge. I'd better be!

Hey Randi,
I'm sorry you are just having one of those weeks but I'm glad you are going to listen to your body and your circumstances and not stress about it. When I first lost weight with WW people at work would say don't get too skinny and my mom would say are you sure you need to lose more weight? In my case they didn't mean anything by it. I just let it roll off my back. Then again, I never want to overdo it or undereat. BUT that has never been a problem with me I'm afraid. If you truly need to lose weight and their comments are bothering you I would speak to them about it and move on. I'm assuming that is how they are sabotaging you. If they are not helping as in having the wrong food around, I've just come to the conslusion that this is always going to be a battle. I am always going to be around food that I want but should not necessarily have if I am to meet/maintian my fitness goal(s). To me, that is something I have to learn to deal with on a daily basis. Anyway, I don't think I helped too much.

Today I did SJP Step only minus Stretch/RS minus WU and stretch/ME abs & stretch. Have a great rest of the week! The snow is beautiful but it has snowed ALL day. We may end up with 8 inches! I hope my friend makes it. The good news is by Sunday it is supposed to be back up to the 60's...woo hoo!

8 inches??? Wow. I didn't realize you were expecting such a big storm. I'm so hoping the worst is over up here. I'd like to see my driveway again, right now it's still covered in snow and ice.

Thanks for trying to help. Having food around that I shouldn't necessarily eat is just a fact of life when you live with other people, especially children. I don't want my daughter to feel like anything is forbidden and no one else should have to restrict themselves for my benefit anyway. I guess the biggest problem is the perception that I'm taking things "too far." Both dh and my mom were active people at one time but never took nutrition too seriously and I think that's where the problem lies. They can understand my desire to exercise but don't really "get" my need to eat at certain times, not to want to eat certain foods every day, etc. I don't know if I'm making sense. I'm just going to do what I do and keep going I guess. It's especially difficult b/c I don't have any people around that care about exercise and fitness like I do. And I don't have enough time to really get into the gym scene...Anyway...

I hope your friend makes it! Enjoy your weekend and the snow. Spring will be here before we know it, right? :)

My friend did make it. The sun is peeking out and the snow is beginning to melt. I did C&W this morning before picking my friend up at the airport. She got up at 4 to catch the flight so she is taking a little snooze.

Angela- SNOW!!! Yuck. I have had enough. It is supposed to get in the 50's today. I am glad.

Today I am going to do KPC. Yesterday I ended up taking a rest day. We went to see the Passion Of The Christ. It was a very good movie. If it doesn't increase your faith, nothing will. Eating has been ok. I have decided to give myself 3 cheat meals a week, and I have had my 3 this week.

I am getting kinda frustrated lately with the scale. I have been doing this for 7 weeks, and it is not moving. I have lost inches, and I feel better, but you know, we women want that number to go DOWN. But, I can tell my muscle has increased. I can see more definition, so that is good. Have a good weekend guys.
