I've been using S&H now for a couple of weeks, and have been finding
that I get bored with the Chest and Back workout. I am much more motivated to work on my legs, shoulders, biceps and triceps because I can actually see those muscles developing. I'm also motivated by the ab and lower back work.
But even though I know how important they are, I can't see or feel my upper back or chest muscles develop, and it is therefore hard to motivate myself. Does anyone else have this problem?
