Mostly Moderate Eating Check In Dec 27,2005

After half of the holidays, I know I sure want to get back into the clean(er) eating mode. My major downfall over the weekend was cookies, but I think I'm now cookied out. Hers's today's plan:

B - wheat chex w/blueberries, soy milk, banana
L - lentil and brown rice soup, slice whole wheat bread, carrots, orange
D - probably omlettes, whole wheat toast
S - fruit, one small piece chocolate

OK, OK, I'm cookied out, but not chocolated out. DH got me a medical alert bracelet for Christmas. The medical message says "Administer Chocolate Immediately"
After a 4 day rest, I started up with Boot Camp yesterday. I feel it today. This afternoon, the plan is Rhythmic Step.
 
Oy oy oy.... I never want to see food again. This morning I threw out a bunch of cookies and the remains of the chocolate banana bread pudding. There was absolutely NO semblance of clean eating the past few days. At least I kept up with my workouts. Christmas Eve Becky and I ran and did the stairs (375 of them) and I did tris and we both did abs from MM. Christmas Day I did Kickmax Bootcamp Challenge and PUB abs. Yesterday was a 6 mile run and the stairs again. And I STILL feel bloated and gross.

To be honest I'm not sure what's on tap for today. Water. And a cracker maybe:p

I'm glad this is all over so life can continue on as normal.
 
B-2 bowls of kashi autumn harvest cereal w/1% milk, coffee
S-1 protein shake using assorted berries, oj and vanilla protein powder
L-2 cans chunk lite tuna plain eaten with a fork
S-1 apple

Dinner will probably be whole wheat noodles and cottage cheese. :9
 
Clean for me yesterday and today. Major detox in progress!!! I hate the feeling of sugar overload. I tried to run Christmas day and it was useless, I wound up mostly power walking. My body just won't run on that junk!
