1) Using the Slow N Heavy approach but in a 2 day
2) Also would like to see more strength work using the med ball and stabililty ball
3) Kickboxing using the step
4) combo cardio (60 to 80 min. in length using: straight forward step, hi/lo and kickboxing and core)
5) complex step for the choreography lovers out there.
