More videos like CTX!

Hi,
I only have a couple of your CTX series but want to ask if you can make more workouts like these! I love that they go by so quickly and jump into the workout almost as soon as it starts. The warm up seems like it actually is already part of the workout. Can I count it as part of the aerobic minutes? Just like Body Max seems to move right along into it! How do you do it? You kill me in just 25 minutes! Are there other workouts that are like these?
 
Ever tried Circuit Max?? Another Cathe-wonder-tape that I love :) It's killer, an hour long, and leaves me exhilirated yet panting every time!! If you don't have it, I highly recommend adding it to your collection!!

I agree with you. I love the CTX series. I use to hate weight workouts and would never do it until that series. I love the warm ups too and the music is great. I also hope that Cathe makes another series like that one. I also love Circut Max (actually I love all of Cathe's tapes).

I just ordered it and got it the other day but have yet to try it. Just curious - what is your favorite section? Kickbox, Hi/Lo or Step? Is it easy to learn? I love 10/10/10 and Power Circuit so I am sure this will be one of my faves too!

It's hard to believe you could get such a tough workout in such a short time. Been reading up on how you should do cardio at around 20 - 30 minutes between your lifting days and have had a hard time finding videos that can do what Power circuit does. I'm eyeing the CTX all step now. I like the Hi-Lo a lot and the step portion ... not really into kickbox that much. Never was a Tae-bo fan.
