Hi,
I only have a couple of your CTX series but want to ask if you can make more workouts like these! I love that they go by so quickly and jump into the workout almost as soon as it starts. The warm up seems like it actually is already part of the workout. Can I count it as part of the aerobic minutes? Just like Body Max seems to move right along into it! How do you do it? You kill me in just 25 minutes! Are there other workouts that are like these?
