more veggies=gas HELP!!

hey all

last week monday i switched my diet to lose weight. i'm just focusing on getting 7 fruits/veggies each day, and that has worked REALLY well before. i have more energy but the bloating and gas is killing me! tried gas pills and that doesn't help. it's been 8 days. any idea how much longer until my body adjusts?
 
You may want to scale back and ease your intake while your body adjusts. You don't want to be in pain. You will adjust, though. In the meantime, get a dog to blame it on!;)
 
You might want to figure out if there are any particular fruits/veggies that may be more to blame than others. Cruciferous veggies (cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower) could be the culprits.

Taking some digestive enzymes could help.
