Yup--that's the one! I just didn't want you to feel alone--LOL!

I'm done with Italian for now. I have a looooooong way to go before I reach anything approaching fluency. ;(

My boss has been trying to learn Italian for years. He and his wife go to Italy at least twice a year. (yow) After studying French for 8 years and not feeling like I know it, I'm in no hurry to learn another language!!! It seems so difficult, and I admire anyone making the attempt, that's for sure!

Your chicken story sounds EXACTLY like my husband. Isn't that funny? It's like they don't know what fat IS. It's so odd! But I guess we're supposed to thank them for being so "helpful", LOL.

Sometimes he'll start ARGUING with me about the fat in something- he'll say it's okay, it isn't that much, etc. At that point I pretty much have to just turn around and walk away. ;)

Okay, I want to play...

I really enjoy the ice skating rinks around palm trees decorated with Christmas tree lights here in California. I bet it sucks if one of those bulbs burns out though.

I just earned my doctorate in August. I am teaching as a new assist. professor, but I still don't feel like I know anything.

I don't time how long I brush, but I don't feel like I've cleaned my teeth unless I floss.

I wish more people sent Christmas cards, especially if I send them one.

I love Dove dark chocolates, and the new Hershey kisses with pb or cherry filling.

I like plie jacks, but I wish I could jump higher on air jacks, knee tucks, and all those moves that earn us "a good guzzle."

You all are hilarious and are keeping me up at 445am! I'm on overnights this week and should have read these earlier when I was nodding off...

*I'm also OCD - doesn't it feel good to know you're not the only one
*I also have a huge thing for peanut butter and chocolate
*I sometimes snort when I laugh
*I'm too foggy to think of more, but thank you all for sharing!

Oh, and p.s. -- anyone see The Today Show Wed. morning w/ the post cards and Dr. Gail Saltz? If so, this thread rings true, too!

THis is a confession since I recently stated how much I dislike Janis Saffel.

I bought a Janis Saffel Kickboxing tape, the first Strike Zone and really, really like it. IMHO, it's more intense than the second Strike Zone which I recently gave away, especially when using hand weights.

I only paid $3.99 for it at Ross! I'm going to Ross again to look for some more workouts.

I love Christmas but hate how it's been hijacked by secularists and capitalists. (Maybe they should have their "holidays" in September!)

I think Jessica Simpson is perfect in every physical way.

I don't like the taste of gound up flax seeds or flax seed oil.

I eat my kid's chewable multi vitamins. Those and the chocolate Viactiv calcium chews are the closest thing to candy that I eat and I look forward to eating them every evening before I get ready for bed.

The reason I NEVER eat candy (or bread) is because if I eat one piece of either then I will eat another, then another, then another, then another......

I do not post much but I wanted to join in:

I would do anything to avoid X-mas.
I never send X-mas cards.
I brush my teeth for exactly one minute morning and night and I use mouthwash for exactly 30 seconds, I time myself.
I never floss.
After I wash my face I splash it with water 15 times, I count.
I would eat ice cream everyday if I could.
My dream is to be a professional tennis player, but at 50 I think my time has passed.
My best friends are my two cats.
Today I love being married, tomorrow it maybe different.
I love reading historical romances.
