I would love to see some tough upper and lowerbody workouts using the heavy bag but I also want to see some tough moves using the shield (you can show modification for those that don't have one). I also want to see intervals between moves say 1 to 2 min, non-stop cardio (e.g., squat kicks, sequential kicks, etc.). A bonus workout (25 min.) for those that want to workout with a partner using a paddle, you can do all kinds of kicks (side, front, squat kick, round houses). Looking forward to your next series as well as STS. Thank you Cathe for making such workouts!!!!
