After trying (again) Body Max 2 and Low Impact Circuit I am still left feeling frustrated with the step choreography.  I can never seem to get the hang of it and end up giving up.
I far prefer the more "athletic" style" workouts available such as Drill Max and Kick Max and I return to these over and over again. Would love to see more DVD options like these ones in the future. I love that these workouts are tough, advanced and satisfying but with very do-able choreography. With these workouts, I can give more thought to the level of output instead of tripping over my two left feet.
I love the intensity of Cathe's workouts and I will continue to try them out - but here is hoping she hears my distress call and creates more tough workouts with simpler choreography for the likes of me!
