Is there anyone here who tried them and just cannot get into it? If you DO like them, how would you incorporate them into a rotation? Would they replace a full body weight day or a cardio day? Or maybe it's a circuit workout???? I'm intrigued by them but feel overwhlemed with STS coming and all my other weight / cardio workouts, to include running and spinning.
