More on KB's

Is there anyone here who tried them and just cannot get into it? If you DO like them, how would you incorporate them into a rotation? Would they replace a full body weight day or a cardio day? Or maybe it's a circuit workout???? I'm intrigued by them but feel overwhlemed with STS coming and all my other weight / cardio workouts, to include running and spinning.

I use it as a circuit workout--it def. works every body part w/a cardio factor as well. I have 3 heavy weight days a week, & I do a KB w/o once a week, mostly just b/c it's fun & different.
 
I've used kb work outs as circuits as and regular weight work outs. Both ways worked great for me! Right now I am doing one kb work out per week in place of a Cathe circuit in FF's GRFS rotation. :)
 
I've done them both ways: weeks where I've only done KB videos as my weight workouts, and weeks where I'll add them in with my regular weight training.

I think that the way I like to use them best is to add them in as one extra day (an idea I someone else on the forum suggested). For instance, if I'm doing the GS series, I'll extend the "week" a bit longer, and add in one KB workout. So my week might look like this: GS - cardio -GS -cardio -GS-cardio-KB workout-rest day
