More Nosebleed DVD Mish-Moshes

Cooked up a couple more goodies this past long weekend and tried one of them out on Friday; thought you guys might want some more to-the-wall mish-mosh options.

These really only work with the DVD's and a 5-disc DVD player.

Hi/Lo-Step Nosebleed Fusion:

Circuit Max warm-up through the prestretch

Step Jump Pump hi/lo add-on premix

Step Blast BLASTS (locate these on the Step Blast "Chapters")

Interval Max 2 BLASTS ONLY
(and I do mean blasts ONLY; go into the Mix-n-Match section of I-Max 2, select the first blast, do the blast, and then when you are done with that it'll return you to the Mix-n-Match menu; scoot down with your remote to Blast #2, and continue on until you've done all 10. No mid-range step cycles, no floor recovery cycles)

Nosebleed Blasts-N-Circuits Mish-Mosh:

Rhythmic Step or I-Max 1 warm-up

I-Max 2 Blast-only Circuit: select each blast as noted above, and then after the blast when you are returned automatically to the Mix-N-Match feather, grab a barbell or 2 heavy dumbbells and bang out 32 reps of squats, plie squats or lunges

Boot Camp cardio+lower body premix

Only Cathe's evil twin could come up with such diabolical routines. She's trying to exercise each and every one of us to death but I can't figure out to what end. She must have some kind of twisted master plan and I will not rest until I figure it out.
 
Hello, Sooooooooooooosan (if that's really you and Rocky hasn't snuck under the mouse again) . . .

The only way to figure out the Master Plan, or Mistress Plan if you want to be tiresomely technical about it, is to perform at least one of The Mish-Moshes every other day until you've burned through the entire list. Enlightenment will come, I promise you, at approximately Week Number Six regardless of which MM you start with. With the fire in the thighs and the lava in the lungs comes clarity of mind and purity of spirit.

A-Jock, good ones. I'll have to try this. I did one today, Bootcamp cardio only off of dvd to the stretch, then I max 2 blasts only, then finished off with CTX Power Circuits cardio and legs circuits only then stretch.
