Me to! I agree! I didn't like using weights in cardio before but that was other instructors. But with Cathes metabolic workouts I enjoy them because of the music keeps me going, the workouts them self are fun and move fast so there is no boring second at all!! I like how these get the heart rate up without the impact! I even tried jerry love and to me hers is the same thing over and over and seems like the same music. I was bored. But I really love these workouts sprinkled here and there during a week to halo my PF from waking up!
