...about 50 minutes of pure MA action (not including a good warmp-up and cool-down), with NO plyo moves or agility drills or getting up and down off the floor moves: just FAST punches, STRONG kicks and POWERFUL combos, with a bonus 10-15 minute medicine-ball ab/core workout focusing on standing moves, and maybe some planks with 1 or both hands on the ball (the bonus footage could be done as a separate workout, or used in a circuit premix that goes back and forth between kickboxing/boxing and core work)

ditto! wouldn't mind also if included were add on leg conditioning drills like in kick max, my legs feel great after those, (they also went good after TBS this week when I adjusted my rot.) maybe 30 minutes or so? front-side-back-adductor-abductor leg lifts? Could have used a complete low impact sub to brake things up a bit. Ditto on the KB/Core mix too!
