More low impact/high intensity

I have been doing your workouts for years- but have recently been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, mostly involving my knees at this point. It is making it difficult for me to do all the jumping and high impact moves. I do a lot of modifying on my own, but sometimes a move is hard to modify so I have to do something entirely different or skip it, OR, all I really want to do is follow along and not think about it.

SO- it would be nice to have a few more workouts that are mostly low impact- I'm so excited for Low Max that I can hardly wait!! Once that is out I will have a better idea what a workout like that looks like.

Maybe do a cardio and weights tape that incorporates Low Impact during the cardio?

Thanks for all the great workouts, Cathe!!! This is my first post here, btw.

Great idea, Denise!

I would love to see more low impact/high intensity as well, mostly because I can tend to be a clutz and I am much more prone to tripping/falling/etc. during high impact step aerobics than low. lol

I have not pre-ordered the Hardcore series coz I am a newbie to Cathe and afraid it will be way too advanced for me. I consider myself an intermediate exerciser and come from the land of the Firm...as alot of others did! lol

So anyway, I WAS tempted however just to order the low max dvd but I have decided to wait it out until I check out the video clip and get others opinnions on it to see if I am ready for it or not but the description sounds like something I would certainly enjoy!

I would also like more lo impact. Maybe a low impact floor routine. I am really looking forward to LoMax!

I would love to see more low impact high intensity workouts! My knees just cannot take high impact too many days in a row!

Denise, I am new here also, and was just going to post something close to what you asked for.
I have never liked a lot of high impact, but do it. I am 56 and love Cathe's tapes, but a few more low impact, but iusing weights would be wonderful.

Wendy, I agree with you and Denes.
I thought I was one of the few who was a klutz with two left feet. Some easier videos that also use the weights would be great.
I am also deciding which videos/DVD's to get that would be easy to follow and not leave me trying to figure out what just happenned. If you get any suggestions, let me know. Thanks
Marsha:)
