More locarb food

Thanks stacy for the bagel information. I miss drinking juices sometimes and discovered "V-8 diet, tropical flavor". It tastes like Mango's (an all time favorite, but they do make other flavors) and has 2 carbs per serving (8 oz I think) and 10 calories and I think no grams of sugar.

And here's what else you can do the V-8 diet:

Pour some in your blender approximately 3/4 cup, add plain protein powder of your choice (MLO high protein, lo carb is great, but I usually use Naturade soy free veggie protein with 2 grams carbs, any plain tasting protein powder)
2 egg whites, 1 frozen banana, and I even add 2 tablespoons of ground flax seed which you can leave out, but I like it in. The banana will add some carbs, but it is possible to leave it out and freeze the V-8 first and then blend and it's still good. Tastes like a tropical shake and is "loaded" with protein. It's the best recovery drink I've found from a post heavy lift workout!! LOVE IT.
