I'd like to see a pair of workouts that focus on upper and lower body respectively, combining cardio and weights. The Upper Body Focus (I was going to say "Upper Body Blast," but "Blast" has already been used) would combine upper body weight work and boxing cardio moves. This could be done in a circuit fashion (with premixes for "weights first" and "cardio first"). The "Lower Body Focus" workout would combine moderate weight lower body work and step and kicks from kickboxing, and some plyo intervals. As with UBF, the format would be a weight/cardio circuit, but premixes would be offered with either 'weights first" or "cardio first."
Guess these two need to be complimented by a Core Focus, with ab and back exercises and some low impact cardio moves that engage the core (that "twist, knee-up into knee smash" move from KPC, for example). Maybe this one could include some unweighted balance moves that engage the core while working the other muscles of the body? It could also have a longer stretch segment.
Other premixes on this DVD could be a mix of upper body weights with lower body cardio and vice versa, a total body weight workout, and a total body cardio workout.
