Yes, but circuit videos with easier step routines

Punka274, I agree. But what I would like to see are more circuit videos with easier stepping routines. I have two left feet and have trouble doing any recent Cathe step tapes. So I feel left out of Cathe's circuit tapes.

One idea would be to include a modifier in any future circuit tape, or even any future stepping tape.

I agree. Circuits were the wave of the future when instructors found out the dangers of using weights while stepping. There's no reason they shouldn't be now.

I like this idea...step routines that are easy but still kick butt!

I love the compound weight moves on both LIC and C&W..i would like to see more of those too....
 
LIC and Step Blast

I would love to see more Low Impact Circuit and Step Blast DVDs. Cathe's cueing is outstanding; while the routines are challenging, she makes them easy to follow. Cathe does a superb job of building the routines from the ground up in small 'blocks' of steps. I have never seen another instructor do as well.
 
new leaner legs please!!!

Have about a leaner legs workout I don't have the original and I'm not planing on getting it, but I think it would be a good one, new and I see that a lot of us legs is a zone trouble. And Circuit train I love that idea..

LIC is one of my favorite workouts! If I am dreading exercise that day, that would be the one I would pop in the DVD player. The first premix is my favorite! Love, love, love it!

I LOVE this idea! I can master all of Cathe's step routines without much problem except I have joint issues that make doing her step next to impossible. Due to the pain, I have given away most of my Cathe cardio DVDs except her beginner/low intermediate DVDs. I love the idea of a modifier or just "basic" step movements! I know how to modify a workout myself, but I always feel like I am cheating when I am doing something that is not shown on the DVD; it sort of makes the DVD feel pointless for me.
