I love BC also! A series would be great!
I most often use the "all but core" followed by the "core only" premixes. That way, I don't worry as much about lightheadedness going back and forth from standing to being on the floor (low blood pressure at times!). I also actually makes the whole workout a bit tougher, because there's less of a break between the weight work and between the cardio sections.
I'd like to see a BC workout like my premix combo, with the floor core work at the end (with possibly some standing core work encorporated within the first part of the workout).
One format: Plyo leg work (as in BC) followed by weighted leg work, followed by core/upper body cardio (boxing, cross punches, oblique knee ups), followed by upper body weights, and so on.
Another format: BC workout incorporating a medicine ball (to hold for a bit of added resistance and balance challenge on the plyo work, to use for standing functional-fitness/core work and standing leg work (one legged reach lunges, reaching toward forward foot with ball), to use with one hand on for push-ups and planks.
I also LOVE the way the music was used in BC, and the tune during the first set of push-ups really made me want to put my all-out effort into them.
Hmmmm...maybe I'll do BC today!!
