Montage of the VF Road Trip

SNM Videos

We've just posted a 7 minute montage of most of the Saturday events from the VF Road Trip. We're using brand new software to encode the video and you should see a vast improvement in the quality of the film clips :). We're also redoing the streaming video clip of Saturdays class that we posted last week. This will also be re-posted later tonight.
Also, it is important that you choose the correct modem speed when viewing the clips. Cable modems should choose "100k" and DSL and T1 users should choose "200K". All others should use the "56K" selection.
You may also watch the video clips full screen if you like, but this option works best for people with cable modems and DSL's. (To do this within Windows Media Player, press both the "ALT" and "Enter" keys at the same time..press these two keys again to return to the original size.)

Click Here and then go to the "video clips" section of the VF Fall 2000 Road Trip page and then choose the correct modem speed for your computer. http://www.cathe.com/VF_Road_Trip2k.htm

Looks like fun!!!

and that little Eric is so adorable! There sure was a lot of giggling during the vidiot trivia wars and obstacle course. And who could holler during the cardio, of course little whoops would be about all I could muster if I was there in a live class with Cathe, you could just forget about the "talk test" ;-) Thanks for sharing, and you're making me think I need to put my name in too :D

I want to come back! :)

LAST EDITED ON Nov-12-00 AT 08:58AM (Est)[p]You all did a great job putting that together. It makes me really want to come back as soon as possible! :) I can't believe that it's been two weeks already; two weeks ago we were just about finishing up Germ's warm-up! But Eric definitely stole the show--the clips of him napping and playing with his "new toy" were perfect! :)

BTW, I have a cable modem. I watched the clip first with a 100K connection, but I found that I got a clearer picture without problems with a 200K connection (I tried the 200K with the streaming clips from the Saturday class). I'm wondering if other people with cable modems might have the same experience I did (but then again, I know next to nothing about computers :) ).
