Monday, November 8 Check In

Good morning! Start of the week; day after my rest day. It's the start of my Power Hour+/Rhythmic Step+ rotation week, so I kicked it off with IMAX followed by PUB stability ball abs. I find the PH+ and RS+ dvds don't offer much by way of ab/core work, so I'm going to keep up with the IS core work; it is sooooo effective. An Ab Hits 2 with the IS and BB series abs on them would be awesome.

Hey Sandra, that was my miscommunication yesterday but I do thank you for reminding me what a great workout BC is.:) Maybe I went a little TOO hard yesterday, I planned on doing CardioKicks this morning did the first half and then just kind of pooped out. I may or may not do something else later. The city is picking up leaves today so I should rake before it all gets covered in snow.

I feel like such a spoiled child standing at my VHS/DVD rack. I've got all of these wonderful workouts but waaaaaaahhhh.... I want the new stuff NOW!!!:) :p I know, I know, it'll be worth the wait...........

Hi good morning. Today I will start my second week of the november rotation.Today I will do S&H back and biceps and the first half of MIC. I want the new stuff now too but it is very exciting wait for new pictures.The last pictures are great.I can not wait to do the leg exercises with the resistance band.

Hi Stayfit, isn't the next day of the rotation S&H Chest and triceps or are you just mixing it up a bit?!? Don't confuse me because I reluctantly did Slow and Heavy Chest (though minus the inclines:+ ) and triceps and MIS' abs. Maybe you are a day ahead of the rest of us.:7

Ach, no, Laurie, I knew what you meant. I was attempting some tongue-in-cheek humour there, but it obviously didn't come across well in type.

Still sounds like a good workout! Kudos to you! And it's nice to see someone who can sensibly understand when their body needs a break.

I cannot wait for the new Lo-Max. Imagine the premix possibilities with IMAX3, KickMax, and MuscleMax - I hope the bonus dvd will provide for this sort of thing.

So much cardio, so little time....
